TalkHQ for meetings

Meeting agents,
not meeting transcripts.

Most meeting tools write down what people say. TalkHQ goes a step further. It sends helpers, called agents, into your meeting. While people talk, the agents look up names and terms, check numbers against reliable sources, and keep a list of who agreed to do what.

Now in early testing. It works in Google Meet today, and a Mac app covers other calls.

This is an example. The people and the numbers are made up.

Why agents

A transcript records the meeting. It does not do the work.

Note-taking tools have become good at writing meetings down. But someone still has to read the notes, check the facts and follow up. Agents start on that work during the meeting itself.

In the meeting With a transcript With an agent
Someone quotes a number. It is written down, right or wrong. It is checked against reliable sources before the conversation moves on.
A name nobody knows comes up. It is written down. Someone may search for it later. It is looked up within a minute, with links.
“I'll send that by Friday.” It is buried on page nine. It is on the list, with a name and a date.
Someone asks for something. It is written down. An agent with the right tool does it, then reports exactly what it did.
The agents

Four agents are built in. You can add your own.

Each agent listens for one kind of moment. It speaks up only when it has something useful to add.

3 sources

Research

When a company, a term or a question comes up, it is looked up within a minute, and the sources are listed.

✗ contradicted

Fact-check

When someone states a fact that can be checked, the agent rules it supported, contradicted or unclear, and shows the pages it used.

Ana · Friday

Action items

It records who will do what, and by when. If nobody took a task, it says “No owner yet.” It does not guess.

Decided

Notes

It tracks decisions, facts and open questions as they happen. When the meeting ends, a full summary arrives by email.

Your own

Describe a job in plain words, and you have a new agent. Give it tools, such as a calendar or your documents, and anyone in the meeting can call on it by name.

How it works

You invite it the way you invite a coworker.

There is nothing to install, for you or for anyone else in the meeting.

  1. Add Ziggy to the invite

Ziggy is the assistant that brings the agents into the call. Add it as a guest on a Google Meet invitation. It joins on time, posts a note in the chat saying it is taking notes, and files the meeting in your account.

  2. Open the meeting's page

Each meeting gets its own private page. The page fills in as people talk. Keep it open on a second screen, or read it later.

  3. Just talk

The agents work on what they hear. To ask one for something, say its name.

During the call. Ziggy matches each voice to a name. It saves a picture of every slide or screen that is shared. It also notes who attended, and when.

Not using Google Meet? A Mac app records both sides of any call, including Zoom and Teams, and the people in the room. It takes one click.

After the meeting

A report for the kind of meeting it was.

When the meeting ends, the full conversation is still there to work with.

Reports

Run a ready-made report on the whole meeting: Stand-up, Debate, Minutes, Customer call or Study notes. Each one includes tables, a timeline and a chart of who spoke the most. Every line links back to the moment it came from.

Your own templates

Describe the report you want in one sentence. TalkHQ drafts it. You adjust it, and it is ready for every meeting after that.

In your own assistant

Connect Claude, or another assistant that supports MCP, to your meetings. It can list them, read the notes and search everything that was said. It can only read. It cannot change anything.

Trust

Agents you can check.

An agent that acts in your meeting must show its work.

Shows its sources

Every lookup and every ruling comes with the pages behind it, and links back to the moment in the meeting that started it.

Says what it did

When an agent uses a tool, it leaves a note naming the tool and what it did.

Records only if you ask

Audio and video are saved only if you turn that on, and only you can play them. Delete a meeting, and its transcript, notes, recordings and everything else are deleted with it.
